- Name
- Address
- E-mail address

A transfer of data to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transport company commissioned by us to deliver the goods, to Paypal when paying with Paypal and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations. For the purpose of contract processing or billing, your personal data will only be disclosed to third parties or otherwise transmitted if this is necessary for the execution of the contract or billing or if you have previously consented. As part of the processing of your order, for example, service providers (such as transport companies) used by us receive the necessary data for order processing.

After termination of the shopping process, the data stored in our order process will be deleted.

In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship are stored until the expiry of the accounting retention period (7 years). We use the secure 3D Secure method, therefore your credit card details are protected against misuse if you have activated your card for 3D-Secure. You must do this at your financial institution. The 3D Secure procedure applies exclusively to the online shop.

Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and so that you may allow or disallow in individual cases. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.

Web analytics
Our website uses features of the web analytics service Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. For this purpose, cookies are used that allow an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated thereby is transmitted to the server of the provider (usually to a server of Google in the USA) and stored there. Your IP address is detected but fictionalized immediately (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). As a result, only a rough localization is possible.

You can avoid this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored.

We have a special contract for data processing with the provider.

The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on the applicable terms of the US Privacy Shield.
The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal regulations of paragraph 96 (3) TKG as well as article 6 paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO. Our concern in the sense of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is fictionalized.
